Daisy-Lou
Daisy became my first and only ever foster puppy, which ultimately ended up being a foster fail. She was one of 16 puppies dumped behind a local gas station in July covered in tar, fleas, and scabs. Our local rescue put out an alert for emergency fosters needed and I saw Daisys face in a photo and knew I had to foster her even though at the time my hands were full with my Australian cattle dog puppy. Turned out bringing her home to him was the best gift he could have ever asked for. They became so bonded that we knew miss Daisy Lou could never leave! Now she’s ours forever!
