Refund policy
At MAVPAC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for refund.
Exchanges (Apparel Only)
We understand that fit matters. Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size if requested within 10 days of delivery. To start an exchange, contact us at info@themavpac.com or visit Contact. A $10 flat-rate shipping fee applies to all approved exchanges. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Items not meeting these requirements may be denied. If denied, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Final Sale Items (No Exchanges or Returns)
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange: all MAVPAC gear, reusable water bottles, pop-bowls, and biodegradable waste bags.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, it may qualify under our manufacturer warranty. To submit a claim, contact info@themavpac.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photo proof of the issue. Claims without photo documentation may not be approved. Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or other resolution.
