Once you place your order, all items that are in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day).

Once shipped, generally our products take 4-6 business days to arrive. Please note, regional, rural and international destinations may take longer.

Yes, we sure do! Shipping rates are calculated during check out.

We primarily use UPS to ship all of our orders. As it is generally the cheapest option for our customers. International customers have the option of DHL and UPS.

During checkout, you will have the option to opt-in to tracking text alerts. A tracking number will also be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have addedRoute Package Protectionto your order, it will also provide tracking and insurance to ensure the reliability and safety of your order.

MAVPAC will not be responsible for any missing packages provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. If you believe your MAVPAC order has been delivered to the incorrect address please get in touch with our support team and we will assist you.

We created MAVPAC for our rescue German Shepherd, after struggling to find a dog parent gear that truly met our needs. Nothing out there felt durable, functional, or comfortable enough—for him or for us. We knew he deserved better. So, we built it ourselves.

We couldn’t find the right gear—so we made it. MAVPAC is the result of wanting only the best for our dog, and yours.

All MAVPAC gear is made with an internal EPE foam that may appear flat or compressed upon arrival. This is completely normal. The foam is designed to expand over time and regain its full shape once unpacked.

We specifically chose EPE foam for its lightweight durability and structure—it keeps the gear firm, wide, and easy to pack without sacrificing comfort or performance. Simply give it a little time, and your gear will fully expand and be adventure-ready.

All MAVPAC gear is weather-resistant, meaning it’s designed to withstand a wide range of climates and conditions—from light rain and snow to muddy trails and coastal winds. The materials we use repel water and dry quickly, making them ideal for outdoor adventures with your pup.

However, while our gear is highly durable and resistant to the elements, it is not fully waterproof or intended to be submerged in water. To maintain the integrity and longevity of your MAVPAC gear, we recommend avoiding full submersion or prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

For best results, allow your gear to air dry after use in wet conditions and store it in a dry, ventilated space when not in use.

MAVPAC gear is not machine-washable and should never be fully submerged in water. To ensure your gear stays in top condition, we recommend the following care instructions:

• For routine cleaning, simply wipe down the gear with a soft cloth or sponge using mild soap and water.
• After cleaning, allow the gear to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area—avoid using heat sources or dryers.
• For tougher messes or heavily soiled spots, you can safely use disinfectant wipes or an equivalent gentle cleaning product. These will not damage the materials or compromise the performance of the gear.

MAVPAC gear is built for adventure and designed to handle dirt, mud, and the unexpected—but proper care will keep it looking sharp and performing well for years to come.

While we recognize the appeal of local manufacturing, it doesn't always guarantee better quality—and it often leads to significantly higher costs, sometimes up to five times more.
